Return Policy
We offer a 35-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 35 days of delivery for a refund. Return Conditions:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item(s) are not lost or damaged during transit. Fexlin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If the items are approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Defective or Damaged Items

Cancellations

International Returns
For returns from outside the USA, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs or duties fees. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional customs or duties fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item(s) are not lost or damaged during transit. Fexlin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exceptions to the Return Policy

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discounted price may be eligible for a refund; however, the refund will be for the discounted price, not the original price.
